We are really excited at the moment as we have expanded to provide a dedicated training and recruitment area situated on the ground floor.
We work very hard to recruit and train the right people and we believe that we should focus on retaining them by developing, engaging and valuing them. We have experienced talent finder, Ysobel Meikle and external trainer Gavin Drake working with us and we’ve opened up the ground floor to use as a dedicated recruitment and training area. All of our fundraisers will be trained on our time to acquire new skills, increase their contribution to the business and build their self-esteem. We believe it’s important they know that we value them enough to invest in them.
